Grievances can be disruptive and cause stress within any business. Dealing with grievances at an early stage will save time and money for both the employer and employees.

Employers need to be aware of the law when it comes to dealing with grievances as a failure to deal with them appropriately and in line with legislation could result in Tribunal claims being lodged and costly pay-outs.
