Who We Are

With over twenty years’ experience, Stephen has successfully worked with leaders from the health, retail and public sectors in Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Isle of Man and the UK.

Through this experience, Stephen has provided expert advice on a range of HR matters including Redundancy, Disciplinary and Grievance, Health and Wellbeing, Flexible working, Performance management, Attendance management, Recruitment and Selection, Development of policies and procedures, Contracts of employment, Employee handbooks, Dispute resolution and the delivery of bespoke training for all levels of management.

Stephen has extensive experience working with the Trade Unions such as USDAW, GMB, NIPSA, Unison, NEU, UCU, NASUWT, SIPTU (Republic of Ireland) and Nursing and Midwifery Council. Stephen has worked on employment Tribunals in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. He has also represented businesses at hearings held by the Northern Ireland Social Care Council.

Stephen is CIPD accredited and has experience in matters relating to employment law in Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Isle of Man and the UK.
